Teenagers Arrested After Shooting in Albany

ALBANY, Ga.—Two teenagers have been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting that occurred on August 28 in the 900 block of Willowood Drive.
At around 4:00 p.m., officers responded to a report that suspects in a vehicle had fired shots at two individuals outside a residence. No injuries were reported.
After an investigation, police took two individuals into custody:
- A 16-year-old male was charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of a Firearm Under the Age of 18. He was transported to the Terrell Regional Youth Detention Center.
- Mochavious Dowell, 17, was charged with Possession of a Firearm Under the Age of 18. He was transported to the Dougherty County Jail.
