Two Teens Arrested in Albany for Murder

On April 11, 2024, the Criminal Investigative Bureau announced the arrest of two suspects in connection with the murder of Emonyei Quinn Ward (20). Ward was fatally shot on April 9, 2024, in the 200-Block of Monarch Drive. The suspects, Kentrell Robinson (18) and Marion Sanders (17), were apprehended and taken to the Law Enforcement Center.

Robinson faces charges of Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime, and Tampering with Evidence. He has been transported to the Dougherty County Jail. Sanders has been charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime, and has also been transported to the Dougherty County Jail.
