Albany Police Seek Public’s Help in Locating Wanted Man Accused of Fraud

The Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old Sean Brevaor Wooden, wanted in connection with a case involving Giving False Name/Obstruction of Officers.

Wooden, whose last known address is in Albany, Georgia 31721, stands at 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 151 pounds.

On April 2, 2024, officers encountered Wooden at Longhorns Steakhouse, where he was found to have used someone’s credit card without permission. Upon police intervention, Wooden provided a false name and successfully fled from the authorities.

Active warrants have been issued for Wooden for Giving False Name and Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers. Additionally, there are pending warrants related to Fraud.
