Driver Charged and Wanted in Albany Motorcycle Crash That Killed 31-Year-Old Man

Albany, GA — Authorities have issued arrest warrants for a man accused in a fatal motorcycle crash that occurred earlier this year in Albany.

According to the Albany Police Department, officers responded on February 2, 2026, to the 1000 block of East Broad Avenue for a reported crash involving a motorcycle and a Dodge Charger.

The motorcyclist, 31-year-old Dyllin Fallin, suffered severe injuries in the collision and later died as a result of the crash.

Investigators identified 28-year-old Terrance Jumale Davis as the driver of the Dodge Charger involved in the incident.

Following the investigation, police announced that Davis will face several charges related to the crash.

The charges include First-Degree Homicide by Vehicle, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, Reckless Driving, Speeding, No Insurance, Following Too Closely, Failure to Maintain Lane, and a Safety Belt Violation.

Authorities said active warrants have been issued for Davis’ arrest and is not in custody.
