According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the arrests were made on June 16 as part of an operation conducted in Jackson County and Hall County.

The investigation was led by the GBI Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office (ARDEO) and focused on a drug trafficking organization allegedly responsible for distributing hundreds of kilograms of methamphetamine across the region.

The four suspects were charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine and Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine and were booked into the Jackson County Jail.
