Peeping Tom Arrested at Albany Apartment Complex

Coneleski Denard Stewart Sr., 56, was arrested on April 28, 2025, and charged with Peeping Tom following an investigation into suspicious activity at the Gable Homes apartments located at 905 A Friendship Dr in Albany, GA.

During March, Albany Police officers received multiple reports of a suspicious male at the apartment complex. Residents provided surveillance video showing a man peeping through their property during the early morning hours.

Following an interview with investigators, Stewart confessed that he was the individual seen in the video footage.
