Albany Man Arrested in Armed Home Invasion; Two Suspects Still Sought

LEE COUNTY, Ga. — A suspect has been arrested in connection with a violent home invasion in East Lee County, while investigators continue searching for at least two additional individuals, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.

Antorious Lamar Scott is charged with one count of armed robbery following the early morning incident on Autumn Leaf Drive in the Albany area.

Deputies said the home invasion occurred on Tuesday, April 28th, at approximately 3 a.m. when three masked men dressed in black forced entry into an occupied residence. Once inside, the suspects held a resident at gunpoint and stole personal belongings before fleeing.

Through the investigation, deputies identified Scott as one of the individuals involved and took him into custody.

Authorities said the case remains active, and at least two suspects have not yet been identified or located. Surveillance footage is being withheld as the investigation continues.
