Judge Thelma Wyatt Cummings Moore Passes Away

Judge Moore made history as the first woman to serve as Chief Judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County and as the first African-American woman to hold the position of Chief Administrative Judge of any judicial circuit in Georgia.
