Elderly Man Missing: Gwinnett County Police Seek Public’s Aid

Gwinnett County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing elderly man, Robert Whitt, aged 77.

Robert Whitt was last seen on March 8 leaving the Hampton Inn hotel at 3240 Buford Drive in Buford, situated in front of the Mall of Georgia. Despite numerous attempts by his family to reach out to him, they have been unable to establish contact. Surveillance footage captured his vehicle on a FLOCK camera in Forsyth County subsequent to his reported disappearance.

Robert is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. Although his residence is located on Bent Tree Trail in Gainesville, his current whereabouts remain unknown.

Authorities urge anyone with information regarding Robert’s whereabouts to contact their local law enforcement agency or dial 911.
