Savannah Man Arrested After $14,000 in Property Stolen From Shell Road
SAVANNAH, Ga. A Savannah man has been arrested in connection with multiple thefts that resulted in approximately $14,000 worth of stolen property, according to the Savannah Police Department.
Investigators said the thefts occurred between July 19 and July 20 in the 2100 block of Shell Road.
Following an investigation, officers identified 31-year-old Travis Keye as the suspect.
At approximately 2:30 p.m. on July 21, officers executed a search of Keye’s residence and vehicle, where they recovered property reported stolen during the investigation.
Keye was taken into custody later that day and transported to the Chatham County Detention Center.
He has been charged with theft by taking.
