RICO Sweep Nets 13 Arrests in Milledgeville Drug Ring; Two Suspects Still Wanted

On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) arrested 13 individuals in Milledgeville following a 13-month joint investigation into drug-related criminal activity. The operation was led by the GBI Middle Georgia Gang Task Force (MGGTF) in coordination with several law enforcement agencies across central Georgia.
The arrests took place in Baldwin County and involved a coordinated effort from the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, Milledgeville Police Department, Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Dublin Police Department, Warner Robins Police Department, Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC), Georgia Department of Community Supervision (DCS), and the Georgia State Patrol.
Each of the following individuals was charged with one count of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. Additional charges are expected:
- Bobby Dean Dewberry, 39, Milledgeville
- Joseph Lee Harrison, 46, Milledgeville
- Cedeki Latredd Harris, 51, Milledgeville
- Tom Burgess III, 50, Milledgeville
- Akito Lajuan Brezial, 51, Milledgeville
- Kadarius Tra-von Marquis Wilson, 21, Milledgeville
- Cornelius Goodman, 56, Milledgeville
- Eric Dixon, 47, Gordon
- Dominique Cannie, 34, Irwinton
- De’Andre Derelle Morris, 23, Milledgeville
- Altouise Migule Harris, 52, Milledgeville
- Stacey Lynn Spires, 52, Milledgeville
- Nikia Eitchie Pinkston, 44, Milledgeville
All 13 individuals were booked into the Baldwin County Jail following their arrests.
Two suspects remain at large:
- Tony Alfonso Wright, 55, Milledgeville
- Tyree Deshon Havior, 33, Milledgeville
Law enforcement officials say the operation targeted street-level drug distribution and aimed to improve community safety in Baldwin County.
