Richmond County Deputies Seek Missing Teen, Person of Interest Believed to Be in South Carolina

AUGUSTA, Ga. — The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a missing 15-year-old girl and a man wanted for questioning in connection with her disappearance.

Deputies are searching for Ava Janae Reviere, who was reported as a runaway after she was last seen at approximately 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, in the 200 block of Telfair Street in Augusta’s Olde Town neighborhood.

According to the sheriff’s office, Reviere is 15 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs approximately 165 pounds, and was last seen wearing black leggings and a white tank top.

Investigators are also attempting to locate 25-year-old Tykee Hasan, who is wanted for questioning in connection with the runaway investigation.

Hasan is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and approximately 140 pounds. Authorities believe he may be in the Columbia, South Carolina, area.

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has not announced any criminal charges against Hasan and said he is being sought for questioning as the investigation continues.
