High-Speed Chase Ends in Fatal Crash on I-75 in Crisp County
On Thursday, February 20, 2025, a high-speed pursuit that began in Houston County culminated in a tragic accident in Crisp County near mile marker 103 on Interstate 75.
The incident involved a stolen Range Rover that collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer, resulting in the deaths of all three occupants of the SUV. The driver of the tractor-trailer was evaluated by Crisp County EMS and released without injuries.
Authorities are working to identify the deceased individuals, and the Georgia State Patrol’s Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team is investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. This marks the second fatal accident in the area within the same week.
