Clayton County Police Arrests Driver a Week after Fatal High-and-Run

On January 6, 2025, Jasmine Renee Render was arrested and charged with Hit & Run Accident, Homicide by Vehicle First Degree, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

This arrest follows a tragic incident that occurred on December 30, 2024, when a 20-year-old female was fatally struck by a vehicle on Riverdale Road near E. Fayetteville Rd. The driver fled the scene, prompting an intensive investigation by Clayton County Police.
