Two Arrested in Separate Burglary and Theft Incidents in Albany

On July 29, 2024, officers responded to 506 N Jefferson St regarding a burglary. Upon arrival, officers located Keith Brandon Pulver, 44, who was found to have broken into 506 N Jefferson St, 520 N Jefferson St (The Bread House), and 314 W Tift Ave. Pulver stole items from 506 N Jefferson St and 520 N Jefferson St. At 314 W Tift Ave, he took several slabs of ribs and cooked them, damaging a grill in the process.

During the investigation, officers encountered a male carrying a large black bag and backpack in an alley. The individual identified himself as Brian Smith. When officers attempted to detain him, he fled but was captured shortly thereafter. He was later identified as Bradley Lamar Jordan, 51, who admitted to having outstanding warrants. A search of his bags revealed a Colt .38 caliber revolver and several items stolen from Uncle Roberts Motor Cars.

Pulver faces charges of Burglary 2nd degree (3 counts). Jordan is charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Giving a False Name, Obstruction of an Officer, and Theft by Receiving Stolen Property. Jordan also had outstanding warrants from Lee County for Financial Card Theft and Fraud. Both suspects have extensive criminal histories.
