Albany Police Arrest Man in Reflextions Lounge Shootings, Search for Additional Suspect

On July 13, 2024, Albany Police officers conducted a traffic stop on Jatayveon Decorric Kimbrough, 25, in connection with the shootings on July 5, 2024, at Reflextions Lounge located at 312 Thornton Drive. Several males were injured by gunfire in the incident, including one who succumbed to his injuries.

Kimbrough was charged with aggravated assault and transported to the Dougherty County Jail.

The Albany Police Department is also looking for Ricardriana Sha’toya Sloan, 22, in connection with a fight that occurred at the same location. Authorities urge anyone with information on Sloan’s whereabouts to notify law enforcement.
