Albany Teen Wanted for Motor Vehicle Theft

The Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jalen Tanner Redding, aged 18, in connection with a motor vehicle theft case.

Redding, whose last known address is in Albany, Georgia 31705, is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 149 pounds.

According to authorities, on March 30, 2024, Redding allegedly took a white 2023 Kia Forte without permission. Police spotted him in the vehicle, but he fled the scene.

Redding is now wanted for Theft by Taking (Motor Vehicle), with an active warrant issued for his arrest.
