Albany Police Seek Public Help in Locating Wanted Man for Multiple Warrants

The Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigations/Uniform Bureau is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 20-year-old Davian Coyell Harper, who is wanted for multiple active warrants.

Harper is wanted for charges including fleeing or attempting to elude, driving without insurance, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, speeding (three counts), failure to obey traffic control device, stop sign violation (six counts), vehicle registration violations, driving without a license, and failure to appear.

His last known address is the 200 block of Barton Ave. Harper is described as 6 feet tall, weighing 293 pounds.
