Five Arrested in Connection to Fatal Shooting of 9-Month-Old in Cobb County
COBB COUNTY, GA – On September 23, 2025, Cobb County Police responded to reports of shots fired at the Budgetel Inn and Suites located at 4900 Circle 75 Parkway. Officers discovered a 9-month-old child had been fatally shot.
Following the investigation, five suspects have been arrested and are being held without bond at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center:
- Ladarrius T. Brown, 22 – Aggravated Assault, Felony Murder, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony
- Jayvian L. Young, 22 – Aggravated Assault, Felony Murder, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony
- Noah E. Martin, 22 – Aggravated Assault, Felony Murder, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony
- Camron C. Harris, 23 – Tampering with Evidence, Giving False Statements
- Anthony E. Smith, 22 – Tampering with Evidence
