Chatham County Police Arrest Four in March Westlake Apartments Shooting That Injured Five

CHATHAM COUNTY, GA — The Chatham County Police Department has announced the arrests of multiple suspects tied to a March shooting at Westlake Apartments that left five people injured.
The investigation, described as complex and far-reaching, led to the following arrests over the past four months:
- Jaidyn Greene, 18 — arrested May 8, 2025
- Jamond Reid, 24 — arrested June 10, 2025
- Yousef Jenkins, 30 — arrested June 23, 2025
- Cleveland Dunham, 36 — arrested August 19, 2025
Each suspect faces multiple counts of felony aggravated assault. All were booked into the Chatham County Detention Center at the time of arrest. A fifth suspect died in an unrelated shooting before warrants could be served.
At around 12:45 a.m. on March 18, 2025, officers responded to Westlake Apartments after multiple 911 calls reporting gunfire. Police discovered that several structures and vehicles had been struck, and five adults sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
Chief Jeff Hadley praised detectives, saying: “Our community can rest assured that Chatham County Police Department detectives are diligent, determined, and equipped with the knowledge they need to solve difficult cases. No one should ever assume that a case has gone cold or has been forgotten in unincorporated Chatham County. We are always working, and our end goal is always justice.”
Investigators say one of the suspects, Jamond Reid, is also facing murder and aggravated assault charges in a separate case — the July 25, 2024, shooting death of 25-year-old Tre’von Moorer, who was killed while stopped at a traffic light on Highway 204 near Interstate 95.
The Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and Savannah Police Department assisted in both investigations.
The Westlake case remains active. Police ask anyone with information to submit tips through the Chatham County Police Department app or online tip form at police.chathamcountyga.gov/Tips, or call Crime Stoppers at 912-234-2020. Tipsters may remain anonymous and could qualify for a cash reward.
