Shooting at Albany Apartments Leaves One Injured
lbany Police are investigating a shooting that occurred on Tuesday night, April 15, 2025, at the Blakely Place Apartments located at 2415 Dawson Road.
Officers responded to the complex around 10:17 p.m. following multiple calls reporting the discharge of firearms in the area. Upon arrival, they found several vehicles that had been struck by bullets, and numerous shell casings were recovered from the scene.
One female victim was injured in the shooting and was transported to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. She is currently reported to be in stable condition.
