Fulton County Government Recognized as 2024 NCSA All Star Service Organization of the Year

Fulton County Government has been named one of the five recipients of the prestigious 2024 NCSA All Star Service Organization of the Year Award by the National Customer Service Association (NCSA). This honor highlights the county’s unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service to its residents, visitors, and employees.

The county’s dedication to delivering consistent, courteous, and top-tier customer service has been recognized as a model for integrating quality service practices across all departments. Fulton County Manager Dick Anderson expressed his pride in the achievement, emphasizing the hard work of the customer service team who consistently go above and beyond to serve the public.

“I cannot express how proud I am to have Fulton County and our Customer Service Department be recognized on this level,” said Anderson. “Each and every day, the customer service team not only works to go above and beyond to deliver superior service, but they also inspire everyone who works in Fulton County to do the same.”

Brigitte Bailey, Director of Customer Experience and Solutions for Fulton County, also celebrated the recognition, calling it a significant achievement for both the department and the entire workforce. “To be recognized as the Organization of the Year is such a huge honor for us and for every employee who gives of themselves unselfishly every day. We couldn’t be happier to celebrate this amazing achievement with our employees and I’m confident we’ll be celebrating all year long,” Bailey said.

The Fulton County Customer Service Division is responsible for providing residents with information on county programs, resolving complaints, and serving as the primary information source for county services. The division also supports non-English speakers, offers communication services for the hearing impaired, provides notary services, and operates a self-serve center where residents can access computers and the internet to conduct official county business. This recognition underscores the division’s dedication to making government services more accessible and efficient for all.
