GBI Seeks Information on Dublin Shooting Death
At the request of the Dublin Police Department, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) is seeking information related to the death of 35-year-old Cortez Hicks from Dublin, Georgia. On Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at approximately 11:55 a.m., Dublin Police responded to a shooting at a residence in the 400 block of Jones Village Lane in Laurens County.
Hicks was found inside the home with gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital, where he later died. The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
