Clarke County Police Seek Assistance in Locating Missing Teen

The Athens-Clarke County Police Department is seeking public assistance in locating 16-year-old Happy Williams, who was last seen leaving her home in Winterville, Georgia, on May 22nd.

Williams, a juvenile, was last seen heading to school from her residence. Concerns for her well-being have prompted the police department to appeal to the community for any information regarding her current whereabouts.
