15-Year-Old Male Injured in Oakland City Area Shooting

On Tuesday night at approximately 9:15 PM, police officers responded to a shooting incident near 1265 Princess Avenue SW in the Oakland City area. Upon arrival, officers found a 15-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the lower back. The victim was alert, conscious, and breathing when officers arrived. He was transported to a hospital for medical treatment.

Investigators from the Aggravated Assault Unit are currently looking into the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
