Bibb County Authorities Apprehend Two Suspects in Connection with Recent Murders

Bibb County Sheriff’s Office and related units, including the Gang Unit and U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, have detained two individuals linked to recent death investigations. Xalayah Nahri Green, 18, and Peair Dennard Harvey, 20, were arrested following the issuance of arrest warrants.

The apprehensions took place on Tuesday, April 22, 2024, after 9:00 a.m. at a residence in the 2500 block of Tredway Drive.

Green and Harvey were sought in connection with the April 10 murders of Anthonio Dewayne McNeill and Brian Rashad Obama in Bibb County.

Both suspects, residents of Macon, were first taken to Investigations Headquarters and later transferred to the Bibb County Law Enforcement Center. They now face two charges of Murder without the option for bond.
