Atlanta legend and renowned actor Chris Tucker, famously known for his role as Detective James Carter in the “Rush Hour” series, paid a visit to the office of Sheriff Levon Allen. During his visit, Tucker was sworn in as an Honorary Clayton County Sheriff’s Deputy, marking a humorous and historic moment for the county.

Sheriff Allen welcomed Tucker into the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO), dubbing him the funniest deputy in the county’s history. As part of the festivities, Sheriff Allen even joked with Tucker about potential plotlines for “Rush Hour 4,” suggesting Tucker’s character could transfer from the LAPD to Atlanta to take on a new role as a detective within the CCSO.

In a lighthearted exchange, Tucker was warmly embraced into the CCSO family, receiving the title of Deputy Chris Tucker, aka Detective James Carter of the CCSO.
