Eleven Arrested, Drugs, Guns and Cash Seized in Central Georgia RICO Investigation
WARNER ROBINS, Ga. — Eleven people have been arrested following a two-year multi-agency investigation targeting drug trafficking and gang activity in Central Georgia, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
The investigation, dubbed “Operation Crimson Snow,” was conducted by the Warner Robins Police Department, the GBI Middle Georgia Gang Task Force, the GBI West Metro Regional Drug Enforcement Office, the Georgia State Patrol, the Georgia Department of Community Supervision, the Georgia Department of Corrections, the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, the Clayton County Police Department, the Lovejoy Police Department, the U.S. Marshals Service, and the Houston County District Attorney’s Office.
On June 10, 2026, following a 24-month investigation, law enforcement officers executed search warrants in Houston, Bibb, and Clayton counties.
During the searches, investigators seized approximately:
- 13.4 pounds of suspected powder cocaine
- 9.5 ounces of suspected crack cocaine
- 20.5 ounces of suspected marijuana
- 3.3 grams of suspected fentanyl
- 3.9 grams of suspected methamphetamine
- 12 grams of suspected psilocybin
- 27 suspected hydrocodone pills
- 24 suspected Ritalin pills
- 38 suspected alprazolam pills
- 16 firearms
- 10 vehicles
- More than $106,000 in U.S. currency
The following individuals were arrested:
- Tyreesha Bogan, 28, of Fort Valley
- Johnny Favors, 68, of Warner Robins
- Tavondria Howard, 29, of Warner Robins
- Kentravius Johnson, 27, of Warner Robins
- Babs Kuku, 55, of Warner Robins
- Kendric Parham, 46, of Macon
- Patrick Shepard, 51, of Warner Robins
- Rudisky Towns, 52, of Thomaston
- Tayshawn Veal, 21, of Warner Robins
- Teresa Veal, 50, of Warner Robins
- Lim Washington, 71, of Warner Robins
The suspects face a variety of charges, including violations of Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, cocaine and crack cocaine trafficking, possession of fentanyl, marijuana and other controlled substances with intent to distribute, firearms offenses, theft-related charges, and gang-related crimes.
All 11 suspects were booked into the Houston County Detention Center.
Authorities said Operation Crimson Snow was designed to disrupt drug distribution networks and gang activity throughout Central Georgia.
