Three Suspects Arrested in Hall County Following Banks County Grocery Armed Robbery
HOMERVILLE, GA — Three suspects are in custody following a fast-moving, multi-agency investigation into an armed robbery at a Banks County convenience store.
Quinton Burden, 53, Nazzaar Parker, 36, and Patrick Drayton, 41, were apprehended on Thursday, June 11, 2026, one day after the alleged heist.
The incident began on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, when deputies with the Banks County Sheriff’s Office responded to an emergency call regarding an armed robbery at the Homertown Grocery. Upon arriving at the scene, deputies determined that the perpetrators had already fled the property.
Banks County investigators immediately launched an investigation to establish the identities of the individuals involved. Following a rapid review of evidence and leads, detectives identified Burden, Parker, and Drayton as the primary suspects.
The three men were located and taken into custody in neighboring Hall County the following day, tracking a coordinated effort between local, state, and federal law enforcement partners.
The Banks County Sheriff’s Office issued a statement thanking the Hall County Sheriff’s Office, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force for their direct assistance and partnership in tracking and arresting the suspects.
