Broxton Man Arrested on 5 Counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children

Broxton, GA – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has arrested a 31-year-old Broxton resident on five felony counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children following a months-long probe into alleged online possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.

Jonathan Dwayne Graham, 31, of Broxton in Coffee County, was taken into custody after investigators executed a search warrant at his residence. The investigation began in November 2025 when the GBI Child Exploitation and Abuse Coordination Center (CEACC) Unit received a CyberTipline Report from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

NCMEC reports, which are frequently generated by technology companies detecting suspicious uploads or downloads, prompted the GBI to open an active investigation into Graham’s online activity. Evidence obtained during the search of his home supported the allegations, leading to his immediate arrest.

Graham faces five counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children, a serious felony in Georgia that carries significant prison time upon conviction.

The operation was a collaborative effort involving the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, and the GBI’s Regional Investigative Office in Douglas, Georgia.

Graham was booked into the Coffee County Jail following his arrest.
