Savannah Police Investigate Shooting Injuring an Adult and a Juvenile

Savannah Police Detectives are investigating a shooting that occurred on September 7, 2024, in the 600 block of W. 31st Street. The incident left an adult male and a juvenile male with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.

At approximately 8:10 p.m., officers responded to Bull Street and 37th Street after occupants of a vehicle carrying one of the gunshot victims flagged down an ambulance. The vehicle’s occupants provided police with the shooting location before being transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center for treatment. Simultaneously, another victim of the shooting arrived at the hospital for treatment on their own.
