Bibb County Authorities Seek Public Help to Locate Missing Man

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 63-year-old Larry Roy Hamlett, who has been missing since the night of November 4, 2025.

Hamlett was last seen at his residence after 11:00 p.m. that evening and has not returned home since. Deputies report that he may be in need of assistance.

He is described as a Black male, bald with hair on the sides of his head, brown eyes, a beard with shades of gray and black, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, and weighing around 150 pounds. When last seen, Hamlett was wearing an Atlanta Falcons ballcap, a green jacket with gray sleeves, and denim jeans.
