Warner Robins Police Renew Appeal for Information in 2018 Barberitos Homicide
Victim: Parker Moore

WARNER ROBINS, GA (November 2025) – The Warner Robins Police Department is renewing its call for information in the 2018 homicide at Barberitos restaurant, located at 3123 Watson Blvd.

According to investigators, the suspect entered the restaurant through the rear door, confronted three employees, and demanded money from the register. While staff attempted to comply, the suspect shot a 21-year-old male employee, striking him in the head. The suspect then fatally shot Parker Moore before fleeing the scene on foot through the back of the restaurant. The killing of Moore was senseless since he already had the money and Moore did not pose any danger.

Witnesses described the suspect as a Black male, approximately six feet tall, wearing dark clothing and a face covering.

“The Warner Robins Police Department is committed to ensuring that we do everything in our power to bring closure to these open and unsolved cases, while seeking to provide assurance to the families of those victims that their loved ones are not forgotten. This is our promise,” said Chief Wayne Fisher.
