Two Arrested, Significant Drugs and Firearms Seized in Glynn County Apartment Raid
Guns and narcotics recovered

BRUNSWICK, GA – Two individuals are facing numerous charges after the Glynn County Police Department (GCPD) executed a search warrant Wednesday, July 30, at The Kendall Apartments on Altama Avenue, seizing a substantial quantity of illegal narcotics, multiple firearms, and drug distribution paraphernalia.

The warrant, served at approximately 12:40 p.m. at 5801 Altama Avenue, Apartment 5-D, was part of an ongoing investigation into illegal narcotics distribution and firearms possession. The operation involved officers from the GCPD SWAT Team, Criminal Investigations Division, and Uniform Patrol Division.

Upon the arrival of officers, one of the named suspects, Craig Battle Jr., of Brunswick, attempted to flee the apartment on foot. Officers apprehended Battle after a brief foot pursuit and took him into custody without further incident. Unique Hall, also of Brunswick, was detained at the residence. Both suspects were transported to GCPD headquarters for interviews.

During a search of the apartment, officers discovered a significant cache of contraband, including:

  • Four handguns, assorted calibers of ammunition, and firearm accessories, notably a 75-round drum magazine and a 50-round drum magazine.
  • 8.6 pounds of marijuana.
  • 26 grams of cocaine.
  • 30 Adderall pills.
  • 29 Oxycodone pills.
  • 90 Xanax pills.
  • 17 THC-infused vape pens.
  • Promethazine.
  • Multiple items commonly associated with the distribution of narcotics.
  • $886 in U.S. Currency.

Following interviews, Craig Battle Jr. and Unique Hall were transported to the Glynn County Detention Center and booked on multiple charges:

Craig Battle Jr. is charged with:

  • Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
  • Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine)
  • Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Adderall)
  • Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Oxycodone)
  • Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Xanax)
  • Possession of Schedule V Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Promethazine)
  • Possession of Drug-Related Objects
  • Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes
  • Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer

Unique Hall is charged with:

  • Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute
  • Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Cocaine)
  • Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Adderall)
  • Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Oxycodone)
  • Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Xanax)
  • Possession of Schedule V Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute (Promethazine)
  • Possession of Drug-Related Objects
  • Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of Certain Crimes
