Bibb County Investigators Seek Help Identifying Armed Robbery Suspects

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest connected to an armed robbery that occurred Monday afternoon at SSH Mart, located at 3457 Pio Nono Avenue.

According to reports, the incident was called into the Macon-Bibb E-911 Center at 4:28 p.m. A male suspect entered the business and brandished a firearm at a patron, demanding money. After obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, both individuals were seen leaving the scene.

They entered a white, older model Dodge 1500 pickup truck and were last observed traveling north on Rice Mill Road.

Images of the persons of interest and the vehicle have been released to the public. The investigation remains ongoing.
