Burglary Suspect Arrested Inside Macon School in the Middle of Night
A burglary suspect was arrested inside Howard Middle School on Forsyth Road in Macon in the early morning hours of June 14th. Deputies responded to the school, which is currently undergoing renovations, at approximately 3:30 a.m. after receiving a report of an intruder.
Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division Property Investigators, along with a Patrol Division deputy, located and took a male suspect into custody in the school’s lunchroom area. The suspect was charged with felony burglary.
