Florida Man and Georgia Woman Arrested During Traffic Stop in Reynolds for Drugs

On Saturday, June 21, 2025, Sgt. Harrell of the Reynolds Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to signal and no tag displayed.
During the stop, probable cause was established to search the vehicle. A search revealed a small amount of marijuana, a pipe, and a quantity of THC/Cannabis oil, a Schedule I controlled substance.
Authorities also determined that the driver, 39-year-old Richard Driscall Thomas of Live Oak, Florida, was a declared habitual violator due to multiple traffic offenses. He was arrested and charged with:
- Habitual Violator (Felony)
- Failure to Signal (Misdemeanor)
- No Tag (Misdemeanor)
A passenger, 38-year-old Holly Noel Davies of Ocilla, Georgia, was also taken into custody. She was charged with:
- VGCSA Schedule I (Felony)
- Possession of Marijuana Less Than 1 oz (Misdemeanor)
- Possession of Drug Related Objects (Misdemeanor)
The Butler Police Department assisted in the arrest.
