Buford Teen Arrested for Aggravated Child Molestation; Detectives Looking for Victims
Lucas Ethan Costea, 18, of Buford, was arrested on May 15 and booked into the Gwinnett County Jail on charges of aggravated child molestation and aggravated sexual battery. Online records show that Costea is or was part of the Gwinnett Swim Krakens team. Gwinnet Swim is a swimming school located in Buford. Costea was, was released from jail on Wednesday, June 4, after posting bond.
The Gwinnett County Police Department Special Victims Unit is actively investigating the case. The police department said that they are “aware that Costea may have been involved with a youth organization”.
