Three Men Killed in Shooting at Midtown Daiquiri Bar & Grill in Macon

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred just after midnight Sunday at the Midtown Daiquiri Bar & Grill located at 4376 Log Cabin Drive in Macon.

Deputies were dispatched at approximately 12:00 a.m. following a report of a person shot. Upon arrival, deputies found multiple individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel arrived on the scene to provide aid, and several victims were transported to a nearby hospital by ambulance. Three additional victims were taken to the hospital by private vehicle.

According to Bibb County Coroner Leon Jones, three male victims were pronounced deceased at the scene. They were identified as 28-year-old Jedarrius Meadows Jr., 32-year-old Javonta Faulks, and 24-year-old Javarsia Meadows. Next of kin have been notified.

The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under investigation. Authorities have not released information on a possible suspect or motive.
