Atlanta Drug Bust Nets Multiple Arrests, Seizure of Narcotics, Cash, and Firearms

A coordinated operation by the Atlanta Police Department’s (APD) Narcotics Unit on April 30, 2025, resulted in multiple arrests and the seizure of a significant quantity of narcotics, cash, and firearms at a residence located at 1896 Bonniview St SW.

The execution of the search warrant involved APD’s Atlanta Proactive Enforcement Interdiction unit (APEX), Zone 3 Field Investigation Team (FIT), Drone Unit, and K-9 unit.

During the search of the premises, officers recovered the following narcotics: 32.18 pounds of Marijuana, 3 grams of Cocaine, 102 grams of Xanax, 1,020 grams of MDMA, 124.7 grams of Oxycodone, 12 one-pint bottles of Promethazine, 132 grams of THC gummies, and 31 grams of Dextroamphetamine. In addition to the drugs, officers seized $17,060.00 in cash and three firearms.

Three individuals present at the residence, identified as Antavious Boswell, Antonio Boswell, and Torey Cody, were arrested and face multiple charges, including drug trafficking. Additionally, Marcus Johnson, who was also present, was found to have an outstanding arrest warrant for aggravated battery, family violence, out of DeKalb County.
