Two Killed, Three Injured in Shooting at Motorcycle Gathering in Forest Park

On April 27, 2025, at approximately 4:59 p.m., officers from the City of Forest Park Police Department responded to reports of shots fired at 5246 Jones Road.

Upon arrival, officers encountered numerous motorcyclists fleeing the area at high speeds. After working through the large and chaotic crowd, officers located three individuals who had sustained gunshot wounds and immediately began providing life-saving aid. Forest Park Fire & Emergency Services soon arrived to assist.

Despite extensive efforts, two individuals were pronounced deceased at the scene. One individual was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Division determined that a total of five individuals had been shot during the motorcycle gathering, with two additional victims transported to hospitals by private vehicles.
