Bibb County Authorities Arrest Parolee with Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Firearms

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Unit, with the assistance of U.S. Marshals, arrested a suspected drug dealer on March 5 at a residence on Groveland Circle. The fugitive, who was out on parole, was found in possession of narcotics including Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Marijuana, along with multiple firearms.

During the arrest, investigators discovered a significant stash of illegal substances and items, including Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, Marijuana, a quantity of U.S. currency, a Hellpup AK47, a Glock 43X handgun, and a Sig Saur 380 handgun, which had been reported stolen.

The suspect, whose identity is not yet released, was charged with Trafficking Fentanyl, Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (three counts), and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

Additionally, a female, wanted on an unrelated warrant, was also taken into custody at the home. The suspect was transported to the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center for processing.
