Three Arrested in Macon Drug and Weapons Investigation

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) has arrested Neico Tomorris Sandifer, 46, of Macon, Shawanda Carswell, 40, of Milledgeville, and William Hancock, 30, of Macon, following a joint drug investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies.
The operation was conducted by the GBI Middle Georgia Gang Task Force (MGGTF), Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, Georgia State Patrol (GSP), Georgia Department of Community Supervision (DCS), and Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC).
Authorities executed search warrants on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, in Macon, resulting in the seizure of 168 grams of suspected marijuana, 447 grams of suspected K2/Spice, 5 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 9 grams of unidentified pills, three rifles—including one reported stolen from Warner Robins—four handguns, two vehicles, and $1,700 in cash.
Sandifer faces multiple charges, including Trafficking Methamphetamine, seven counts of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Crack Cocaine, and Possession of Gabapentin.
Carswell was charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, with additional charges pending.
Hancock was arrested for Probation Violation.
All three suspects were booked into the Bibb County Jail.
