Two Arrested in Connection to 2023 Cushman Circle Homicide in West Atlanta

Two men have been arrested in connection with a homicide that occurred on September 13, 2023, at 3312 Cushman Circle SW in West Atlanta. Quinton Tucker, 38, was taken into custody on February 10, 2025, by the Atlanta Police Department, with assistance from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s task force. Tucker faces charges of Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and Possession of a Firearm By a Convicted Felon. He was transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing.

Previously, 33-year-old Kadeem Frison was arrested on November 27, 2023, with assistance from the Cobb County Police Department. Frison is charged with Murder, Aggravated Assault, and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony. Like Tucker, Frison was processed at the Fulton County Jail.

Both individuals are connected to the fatal shooting at the residence on Cushman Circle.
