Hispanic Man Found Shot to Death on Lipsey Drive in Albany
Albany Police officers are investigating a fatal shooting after a man was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds late Sunday night.
Officers responded to the 400 block of Lipsey Drive around 11:09 p.m. on February 9, 2025. Upon arrival, they discovered 56-year-old Jesus Arrango, a Hispanic male, deceased at the scene.
