Columbus Man Arrested on Rape and Child Sex Abuse
On January 24, 2025, Columbus Police Officers responded to a report of a missing 15-year-old female. Upon her return home later that morning, the teenager reported being assaulted.
The Columbus Police Department’s Special Victims Unit immediately launched an investigation.
Following a thorough investigation, warrants were issued for the arrest of 51-year-old Keith Lowe. Lowe was taken into custody without incident on February 10, 2025.
Lowe faces the following charges:
- Rape (Felony)
- Cruelty to Children 1st Degree (Felony)
- Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes (Felony)
