Albany Police Seeks Help in Locating Suspect Wanted for Vehicle Theft and Stalking Ex-Girlfriend
The Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Ramaill Thomas, who is wanted on charges of Theft by Taking (Motor Vehicle) and Aggravated Stalking.
Thomas is accused of stealing his ex-girlfriend’s mother’s vehicle and stalking his ex-girlfriend.
