Two Women Injured in Shooting at Kentucky Fried Chicken in Macon

At approximately 2:26 p.m., the Macon-Bibb Emergency 911 Center received reports of a shooting. Deputies arriving at the scene found two women, a 26-year-old and a 22-year-old, suffering from gunshot wounds.
Paramedics provided medical assistance before transporting both women to a nearby medical facility. According to medical staff, one victim remains in critical condition, while the other is listed in stable condition.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are still under investigation, and authorities have not released further details.
