19-Year-Old Male Stabbed During Dispute with 18-Year-Old Female in Atlanta

On January 12, 2025, at approximately 5:18 PM, officers responded to a call regarding a stabbing at 2929 Landrum Drive SW in Southwest Atlanta. Upon arrival, officers located a 19-year-old male with an apparent stab wound to his hand. The victim was conscious, alert, and breathing at the time of their arrival. He was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

The preliminary investigation indicates that the altercation began as a verbal dispute between the victim and an 18-year-old female at the location. The situation escalated into a physical confrontation, during which the male sustained the stab wound.

Following the investigation, officers placed the 18-year-old female into custody. Investigators from the Aggravated Assault Unit were notified and provided additional assistance with the case. The female will be transported to the Fulton County Jail for processing.
