Man Found Shot Inside Vehicle After Crash near Conley
On January 1, 2025, at approximately 1:14 a.m., Atlanta Police Zone 3 officers responded to reports of a single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Jonesboro Road SE and Midway Street SE.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 26-year-old male inside the vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
Investigators believe the shooting may have occurred at 925 Conley Road SE close to the Conley community, before the crash.
The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
